What is Donaiser?
Donaiser is a modern fundraising plugin for WordPress, powered by WooCommerce & Elementor. It lets you create donation campaigns with goals, progress tracking, one-time and recurring donations, 30+ Elementor widgets, and 16+ shortcodes. It's built to work seamlessly with any WooCommerce-compatible theme.
Who is Donaiser for?
Donaiser is built for nonprofits, charities, mosques, churches, schools, community organizations, and anyone who needs to raise funds online using WordPress and WooCommerce.
What are the requirements?
You need WordPress 5.8+, WooCommerce 6.0+, and PHP 7.4+. The plugin works with most modern WordPress themes. Elementor is recommended for the best design experience but is not required.
What payment gateways are supported?
Donaiser works with any WooCommerce payment gateway. This includes Stripe, PayPal, Square, Mollie, Razorpay, and 100+ other gateways available through WooCommerce extensions.

How much does Donaiser cost?
Donaiser starts at $99/year for 1 site (Starter). Growth covers 10 sites at $199/year, and Agency is $399/year for unlimited sites. All plans include every Donaiser Pro feature with a 14-day free trial — no add-ons or upsells.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. No questions asked.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. You'll continue to have access to Donaiser Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.

What do paid plans include?
Paid plans unlock 12 Donaiser Pro features: Gift Aid (UK), PDF receipts, Zakat calculator, multi-currency support, social proof notifications, donation fee coverage, quick donate widget, fundraiser pages, address autocomplete, field visibility controls, mini cart drawer, and goal milestone emails.
Do I need Elementor?
No. Donaiser works with any WordPress theme using shortcodes. However, Elementor gives you the best experience with 30+ drag-and-drop widgets for building campaign pages, forms, checkout flows, and more.
Does Donaiser support recurring donations?
Yes, recurring donations are included with all plans. Donors can choose daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly giving. They can pause, resume, or cancel anytime from their My Account page.
What is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a UK tax scheme that allows charities to claim an extra 25% on top of eligible donations. Donaiser includes built-in Gift Aid declarations, auto-apply on subscriptions, and CSV export for HMRC reporting.
Plans & Activation
Can I use Donaiser on multiple sites?
Yes! Starter covers 1 site, Growth covers 10 sites, and Agency gives you unlimited sites. All plans include every Donaiser Pro feature. You can manage your connected domains from your account dashboard.
How do I activate Donaiser Pro?
After subscribing, install both the free Donaiser plugin and the Donaiser Pro plugin on your WordPress site. Go to Donaiser → Pro License, enter your license key, and all Donaiser Pro features will activate instantly.
What happens if my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires, Donaiser Pro features will be deactivated but the core features will continue to work normally. Your campaigns, donations, and data are never deleted. You can resubscribe anytime to restore Donaiser Pro features.
Technical
Is Donaiser HPOS compatible?
Yes. Donaiser is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS), which is the new default order storage system in WooCommerce.
Does Donaiser collect donor data?
The Donaiser plugin does NOT collect, transmit, or store any donor data on our servers. All donation data stays on your WordPress site. The only data sent to our servers is your site URL for domain verification.
How do I get support?
Trial users can access our documentation and FAQ. Paid subscribers get priority support through our ticket system with 24-hour response times. Log in and go to Support to create a ticket.
