These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Donaiser website (donaiser.com), the Donaiser WordPress plugin ("Plugin"), and all related services (collectively, "Services") provided by Donaiser ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3. Subscription Plans
Donaiser offers paid subscriptions in three tiers: Starter (1 site), Growth (10 sites), and Agency (unlimited sites). All plans include every Donaiser Pro feature. The only difference is the number of website licenses. Feature availability may change with updates.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods
5. Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.
6. Donaiser Pro Features & Domain Connect
- Donaiser Pro features are activated by installing the Donaiser Pro plugin and entering your license key
- Each plan covers a set number of domains (Starter: 1, Growth: 10, Agency: unlimited)
- You may update your connected domains at any time from your account dashboard
- Subscription access is personal and non-transferable
- We may revoke access for accounts that violate these terms
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin or Donaiser Pro features
- Use the Services for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Attempt to bypass domain verification or Donaiser Pro feature validation
- Overload our servers with automated requests
8. Intellectual Property
The Donaiser Plugin is licensed under the GPL v2 or later. Our website design, branding, logos, and documentation are copyright Donaiser. You may use the Plugin as permitted by the GPL, but the Donaiser brand and Donaiser Pro features are proprietary.
9. Support
All users have access to our documentation and FAQ. Paid subscribers receive priority email support through our ticket system. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days but do not guarantee response times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donaiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Donaiser Pro features ends immediately. We may also discontinue any part of our Services with reasonable notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Donaiser operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
