Why recurring donations matter
Recurring donations are the lifeblood of sustainable fundraising. They provide predictable revenue, reduce donor acquisition costs, and dramatically increase lifetime donor value.

How it works
Donors choose their frequency on the donation form and optionally set start and end dates. Donaiser creates a subscription record and uses WordPress Action Scheduler to process renewals automatically — charging the donor's saved payment method on schedule.
Failed payments are retried with exponential backoff (up to 3 attempts). A daily cron checks for and expires subscriptions past their end date.

Where to manage
Admins manage subscriptions from Donaiser > Recurring Donations — view details, process manual renewals, pause, resume, or cancel.
Schedule control
Set default donor schedules per contribution type in the product editor. Donors can also pick their own start and end dates.
WCS compatible
If WooCommerce Subscriptions is installed, Donaiser integrates with it seamlessly. If not, the built-in system handles everything.
