Forms that convert visitors into donors
A well-designed donation form is the difference between a visitor and a donor. Donaiser's forms feature preset amount buttons, custom inputs, contribution type tabs, recurring schedule pickers, and anonymous giving — all in a clean, mobile-friendly layout.
Why form design matters
Every extra click, every confusing label, every moment of hesitation costs donations. A great form guides donors through the giving process naturally — choose a frequency, pick an amount, and submit. No friction, no confusion.
Donaiser's forms are designed with conversion in mind. Preset amounts reduce decision fatigue, type tabs make recurring giving intuitive, and the clean layout works beautifully on every device.
How it works
The donation form is built from your campaign settings. Contribution type tabs (Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) appear at the top. Each type can have its own predefined amounts — different buttons for monthly vs. one-time giving.
Donors click a preset amount or enter a custom value. For recurring types, optional start/end date pickers appear. The form includes AJAX submission, nonce protection, and client-side validation.
- Contribution type tabs — Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
- Preset amount buttons with highlighted default selection
- Custom amount input with min/max validation
- Recurring schedule pickers — start and end dates
- Anonymous giving checkbox
- Zakat Applicable badge when enabled
- AJAX add-to-cart — no page reload
- Customizable button text per campaign
Different amounts for different frequencies
A monthly donor and a one-time donor have very different giving ranges. Showing "$500, $1000, $5000" to a monthly donor doesn't make sense. Donaiser lets you set different preset amounts for each contribution type.
One-time might show $25, $50, $100, $250. Monthly might show $10, $25, $50, $100. Each type also has its own default (highlighted) amount to nudge donors toward your preferred giving level.
