Move your data freely

Export donation records for accounting, import historical data from other platforms, or create backups. Import/Export bridges the gap between Donaiser and external tools like spreadsheets, CRMs, and accounting software.

Why import and export?

Organizations need to move data between systems. Your accountant needs donation records in a spreadsheet. You're migrating from another platform and have years of historical data. Or you simply want a backup of all donation records.

CSV is the universal format — it opens in Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, and virtually every business tool.

How it works

Export generates a downloadable CSV file of all donation records — streamed directly to your browser with no files stored on the server. Import processes uploaded CSV files to bring in external or historical data.

Both operations are protected by capability checks — only WooCommerce administrators can access import and export functionality.

  • CSV export of all donation records
  • CSV import for historical or external data
  • Direct browser download — no server-side file storage
  • Capability-protected — administrators only

Where to find it

Donaiser > Import / Export in the WordPress admin menu. One page for both importing and exporting donation data.

Universal format

CSV files work with Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Xero, and any tool that reads spreadsheets.
